No plan, no recipe, no fixed menu just a fridge full of ingredients and your creativity. At our special event "The Fridge Must Be Empty" it's all about improvising, combining and experimenting until spontaneous ideas turn into seriously good BBQ dishes.
The Concept
Forget everything you know about classic grilling courses. This event is not about perfect recipes it's about courage, creativity and the fun of experimenting. You get a selection of fresh ingredients and decide for yourself what goes on the grill.

In small teams you take on the challenge: from what's there, you create your own creations on the grill. Along the way, you learn how to cleverly combine ingredients, build flavours and achieve a great result on the plate even without a recipe.
At the end, everyone tastes, rates and enjoys together and perhaps your new favourite dish will be born.
